Sun2Ice started with me taking on interim CEO assignments with a number of companies and also taking on consulting projects, from developing business strategy and ultimately writing actionable business plans and marketing strategies, then working with clients implementing these.

 

After being hired as the CEO of three companies and growing these companies, taking them to liquidity events, the Sun2Ice Group evolved into an organization of highly vetted independent specialists that can assist you in management consulting and business-to-life-coaching. 


I started coaching other CEOs, and helping mid management executives, whether in career transition or just wanting to reach higher in their current position and achieve their next level, creating the vision and pathway for their future.


Sun2ice Group has been engaged to work with companies and professionals for a few months at a time to multi-year engagements. We are all about understanding what goals mean to our client, guiding, coaching, and in some cases leading to achieve greatness together.

Interim CEO, COO, President and sales and marketing executive management consult to early stage, mid cap market, private equity and developing manufacturing, technology and medical device companies, I am known as a team player, trusted advisor and implementer with a focus on building great teams with immediate results.

My accomplishments include President, CEO of a premier manufacturer of optical systems for advanced applications in defense and space and diversified their portfolio into the commercial and medical device fields; President, CEO of a medical / dental laser company; and led two successful turnarounds. 

SVP SALES / MARKETING MULTI-MILLION REVENUE GLOBAL CHANNELS
As a Business Development and Marketing executive, I have developed new domestic and international markets and customer bases and have been instrumental in closing multi-million dollar contracts while spearheading company and product branding and market positioning in the device, technology and service sectors. I have led key strategic partnerships, launched hundreds of new products / programs, and oversaw global product and sales management.

 

Specialties include optical, optics design and manufacturing, medical device, medical manufacturing, cardiology, cardiovascular, implants, diagnostics, women's health, critical care, orthopedic, dental, B2B services and technology based including electronics, audio visual design and installation, re-sell, distribution and internet based companies, providing strategic and marketing consulting, operational structuring and revenue generation.

MBA Marketing, Finance & International Business, USC’s Marshall School of Business, received the Albert T. Quon Award for top scholastic and academic achievement, and subsequently served on the adjunct faculty of USC’s School of Business, teaching Organizational Behavior.  

BS in Business Administration, Marketing and International Business from San Diego State University.

Olympic athlete and NHL professional hockey player, continue to play competitive hockey and is involved with youth hockey.
